For ordering:
1. If you are 100% sure of buying the item please text us at 09129415296 or comment on the item you want. Joy bidders and bogus buyers are noted.
2. Buyers are not allowed to cancel their orders but changing items should be done 2 days prior the payment or meet-ups
3. If the first buyer does not reply immediately, the order will go to whomever texted or commented next to him/her.
4. All orders are done through facebook or sms.
Return and Exchange
1. Returning of items due to damage, and courier faults are not accepted.
2. Returning of items due to size problems is not allowed.
Reservations
1. Sure reservations for on hand items are valid only for 3 days. The items would be sold to the next customer if the first customer hasn’t settled the payment within the 3 day period.
Payment
1. Only through smartmoney for settling accounts is accepted.
Shipping
1. If you buy 2 products from the "dress" and/or "bag" section you will have 50% off on shipping fee via JRS wherever you are around Luzon.
For Orders from Melgar, Or. Mdo.
1. Orders will be accepted from 1st to 2nd week of the month and the shipping will be at the 3rd week of the month. We will only ship the items once a month.
